Stylist Lateness

If the stylist is late to your appointment, you will receive a 5% discount on your total payment.

Refund Policy

  • You will be asked to confirm your satisfaction with your hairstyle before leaving the appointment. Once you confirm you are happy, no refunds will be issued for complaints about quality after the appointment.

  • If you experience issues with your hair within 72 hours, we will assess the problem and, if necessary, offer a refund or an opportunity to fix the issue.

Extra Length Charges

Prices are based on standard 16-20 inch hair. If additional hair length is required, an extra charge of £10 for extra length and £15 for extra-extra length will be applied.

Terms & Conditions

Booking and Deposit

  • A £10 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. This deposit will be deducted from the final payment.

  • Appointments must be booked in advance. Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 48 hours before your appointment to avoid forfeiting your deposit.

Hair Preparation

  • All clients must arrive with washed hair, as we do not offer hair washing services.

  • We use pre-pulled hair for braiding. If you require your hair to be pulled, it must be provided to us 48-72 hours prior to your appointment.

Lateness Policy

  • A 15-minute grace period is allowed for lateness. After this time, a £10 extra charge will apply.

  • If you are more than 30 minutes late, your appointment will be cancelled, and you will need to reschedule.

Additional services may be available upon request. Please discuss your needs with the stylist in advance to ensure availability.
